过去的这一年很不寻常。世界发生了巨大的变化。疫情也带来了巨大的挑战。在今天所有巨大的不确定当中有一件事是确定无疑的那就是数字化的趋势没有改变。数字化以前只是让一些企业活得更好，而今天是企业活下去的关键。 数字化的进程本来可能需要三五十年才能完成。现在却被大大的加速。这个过程很可能缩短到一二十年。在所有的我们面临的不确定当中,数字化是我们现在最确定的巨大机遇。所以今天重庆召开这次智能大会，大家讨论智能技术的机会对未来意义重大。在数字技术应用创新上面，这两年重庆已经是一座领跑的城市。 我记得去年重庆已经使用无人驾驶的船只在长江上巡逻。今年听说重庆开始用数字技术治理高空的抛物。我想过去重庆市缘水而建 因水而繁荣。我相信未来的重庆一定是因为数据而繁荣。因为未来的城市发展就看谁的数据更丰富谁的计算更快,谁能够真正的理解数据，保护好数据的安全和隐私,用好数据来促进经济社会的发展。人类全面进入数据时代的标志是传统行业大规模的受益于数字技术的转型升级。今天每个企业必须思考数字化的升级。疫情之前中国的街边小店有能力在线上运营的不到20% 。疫情发生以后的一两个月以内,几十万的街边夫妻小店开通了外卖服务 。线上的外卖不是目的，能够有能力在线上做买卖背后是成千上万的夫妻小店触及了数字化的生产力。开始用先进技术改造自己的传统行业。过去是电子商务。今天农业物流业服务业所有的行业都面临一个前所未有的巨大的机遇。用数字技术加大研发来降低企业的推广成本渠道成本,人力成本和管理成本。每一个传统行业都有机会变成技术驱动的现代行业。这次疫情正在把很多原来的应急技术变成日常技术。这是一次巨大的机遇。数字化的进程中最大的受益者不是互联网企业而是用互联网改造自己的企业。  所以我也想告诉那些天使投资也好，风险投资也好 那些PE  不要仅仅把目光放在互联网公司上，不要放在互联网的题材上面。而未来真正的机会是那些用新技术改变自己的传统行业。传统制造业一旦与新技术结合可以非常先进。反而是互联网行业的领先企业其实非常容易被颠覆 被推翻。事实上未来不会再有一个行业叫互联网行业，因为所有的行业都会用上互联网的技术。传统行业和未来行业的唯一区别是有没有用新的理念新的技来改变自己。未来十年最确定发展的一定是利用好数字技术提升自身的传统行业的进步和发展。今天很多地方都在讲数字化都认为自己在做数字化，但是我发现很多地方其实不是真正的数字化而是IT和信息化。当然IT和信息化固然非常重要。今天我们也听有些人讲了5G，但是我们不能把5G仅仅等同于一个通讯的技术。通讯技术只是5G最初始的一个应用而已，占的比重不会超过5%。 就像电刚发明的时候人们认为用上了电灯那就是电，但是电灯只是电的一个最早的应用l。电力给人类带来的想象空间远远不止于电灯。真正的5G时代是万物互联的时代是一切数据业务化的时代是供应链制造业和服务业的全面数字化，是人类全面进入IoT物联网的时代。所以过去我们看一家企业的规模我们看它的用电量。今后我们要看它的数据使用量看它动用了多少万物互联网的数据看数据在多大程度上驱动了生产,驱动了管理驱动了市场。过去的制造业的技术投入是在设备上的投入流水线上的投入。现在是在数字化流程的改造，数字技术和人才的投入，是在产品的数字化改造上进行投入。中国有全世界最大的服装生产流水线，但是未来的服装工厂接一万件衣服的订单这不是能力，能接一件衣服的订单才是真正的能力。中国是出口大国。我们传统的外贸出口方式会受阻。但是数字化跨境业务已经迅速蓬勃的起来。未来的跨境贸易也是建立在全球支付全球物流还有数字化通关等新的基础设施之上。不是跨国公司和集装箱 而是中小企业和小包裹。过去天上飞的以客机为主， 未来很可能天上飞的飞机,大部分都是货机。数字化会真正撬动中国的内需。 我们14亿人口的内需远远没有被发掘。.数字技术的发展会让中国内需 进入一个全新的阶段 。过去美国靠3亿人的内需撬动了世界的经济。未来是中国14亿人口的内需会推动世界经济的发展。内需消费不仅仅是富人的消费，低收入人群的消费才是实实在在可持续的内需力量。互联网的数字经济正在凝聚着这种强大的内需力量。中国三四五线城市有巨大的市场和潜力。我们一定要找到300个一百万人口的城市，100个三百万人口的城市，这些城市的数字基础设施的改造，数字消费的发展就是撬动下一波经济发展的发动机。.因为数字技术未来制造业很多岗位肯定会被机器所取代。将来创造就业的主力不会是制造业而是数字时代的服务业。无论制造业还是服务业都离不开金融业的发展。过去的金融体系是人找钱企业找钱而新金融体系让钱找人钱去找企业 找好企业。而做到这一切核心是要靠智能靠大数据靠云计算和区块链。今天很多地方啊都贴上了区块链的标签,其实和真正的区块链关系不大b。区块链是数据隐私和数据安全的解决方案。今天的比特币也许是泡沫,但区块链肯定不是泡沫。最后我想,面对未来的巨大变革 今天最迫切需要做出改革的和改变的是我们的教育。中国现在每年不到1400万新生儿童，这是我们国家最宝贵的脑矿。他们的教育方式决定了国家社会的未来。继续用工业时代的方法去教育今天的孩子，我们的孩子未来将竞争不过机器。今天的教育方式是为了适应T工业化流水线生产而建立的，而我们需要面向数字时代的新的教育方式，需要面向未来的教育。今天我们面临经济社会技术的巨变就象我们的飞正在突破云层的颠簸期，只要坚定方向信念和行动就一定能应对挑战把握机遇。谢谢大家。

 The past year has been highly unusual.Great changes have taken place in the world.The pandemic has brought immense challenges.Among all major uncertainties,one certainty is that the course of digitalization has not changed .In the past ,digitalization only helped some companies do business better.Today,digitalization is the key for companies to survive .Digitalization was supposed to be completed in 30 to 50 years.Now,the process has been greatly accelerated.And it may only take 10 to20 years.Among all the uncertainties we are facing,certain that digitalization can bring great opportunity.So today,as we gather at the Smart China Expo in chongqi the discussion of smart technology and its opportunitiesis of great importance for our future.In terms of innovative use and adoption of digital technology, over the past two years Chongqing has already taken the lead. I remember last year Chongqing started to use manless boats to conduct patrols on the Yangtze River.And this year Chongqing has adopted digital technology to monitor falling objects from buildings.In the past,Chongqing was built because of water and is developed thanks to water.I believe that in the future,Chongqing will prosper because of data,because the future development of cities depends on who has more data,computes faster,understands data better,protects data security and privacy better,and uses data to improve economic and social development.Mankind’s full entry into the data era will occur when traditional industries can receive large-scale benefit from digital transformation.Today ,every company must think about how to do upgrade through digitalization.Before the pandemic,less than 20 percent of small shops in China did business online.One or two months following the breakout, thousand mom and pop shops started to take .But,taking online orders is not the goal.These small shops’ ability to go online demonstrates the productivity of digitalization shows people have adopted advanced technology to transform traditional industry.In the past,e-commerce faced great opportunity.Today,agriculture,logistics,services,all industries are facing an even greater opportunity erage digital technology to increase research and to reduce marketing, distribution,human resources and management costs.Every traditional industry has the opportunity to become a technology-driven and modern industry.This pandemic is making many technologies previously used in emergency situations,adapt fully into daily life.This is where huge opportunities lie.During the process of digitalization,is not the internet companies that benefit the most  tead the companies that leverage the internet to thar So,let me tell investors,venture capitalists and private equity inve do not only focus your eyes on internet or internet related companies.The real future opportunity is traditional industries that can adopt new technology to transform themselves Traditional manufacturing industries,once equipped with new technology.can become very advanced,while leading internet companies can easily get disrupted and surpassed .In fact there will be no industry in the future callde the internet industry.because all industries will adopt internet technology.The only difference between traditional and future industries is whether they can adopt new thinking and new technology to transform themselves.One development that is certain over the next 10 years is the progress and development of traditional industries. to leverage digital technology to upgrade themselves.These days,many people talk about digitalization and believe what they are doing is digitalization.But,I find that many are not doing real digitalization.instead IT and informatization.IT and informatization are of course equally important. Today, we also heard some people talking about 5G. But,we should not consider 5G to be only a telecommunication technology .Telecommunication is only an application of 5G in its initial stage.  this accounts for no more than five percent of 5G’s applications. This is similar to when electricity was just introduced People thought electricity was all about using a lamp,lighting a lamp was just the first application of electricity.Actually,electricity brought so much more than just a lamp.In a true 5G era,everything is connected.Everything becomes data and data serves everthing.And the supply chain,manufacturing and services industry will be fully digitized.This is when mankind fully enters the IoT era.In the past ,when we evaluated a company’s size we looked at how much electricity it consumed.In the future ,we should look at its consumption of data and to what extent its data helps drive production,management and the market.In the past, the technology input of manufacturing was equipment and assembly lines,today it should be on digital upgrade,digital technology,talent,and product digitalization.China has the world’s largest clothing production line but in the future,a clothing factory’s real capability is not reflected but to take an order of only one piece of clothing.China is a big export country.China’s traditional export model has met difficult,digital cross-border business has developed rapidly.In the future, cross-border trade will be built on new infrastructure of global pay,global logistics and digital customs clearance,etc. There will be more and more SMEs and small packages instead of containers and transnational companies.passenger planes accounted for majority of air tran .In the future,cargo planes will probably be the majority.Digitalization can truly stimulate China’s domestic demand..The demand of China’s 1.4 billion people is far from being fully tapped. The development of digital technology will help China  enter a new stage of domestic demand.过In the past ,300 million Americans used demand to drive the world economy.In the future,1.4 billion Chinese people’s demand will drive the world economy.Domestic consumption is not limited to rich people.Actually,lower income consumption is the real and sustainable demand.Internet and digital economy are helping accumulate such strong demand.In the third,fourth and fifth tier cities in China,lies huge market and potential.We must find 300 cities一with 1 million population and 100cities with 3 million population,and upgrade their digital infrastructureand develop their digital consumption power.They are the engines for driving the next wave of economic development.Because of digital technology,many manufacturing jobs in the future will be replaced by machines.Job creation in the digital era will mainly rely on services instead of manufacturing.But whether manufacturing or services,they both rely on financial development.Old financial system,it was people looking for money in the new financial system,money will go to people to companies,to good companies.To realize all these,the key is to use intelligence ,big data,cloud computing and blockchain.Today,mang things are labeled as blockchain,but they are not related to real blockchain.blockchain is a solution for data privacy and security.Maybe bitcoin is a bubble,但but blockchain is absolutely not.To sum up,in facing huge transformation of the future what we urgently need to reform and change today is our education.There are nearly 14 million new-born babies in China each year.They are our most precious mine of intelligence.The way to educate them determines our country’s future.If we continue to use the education model of the industrial era to educate today’s children,Our children will not be able to compete with machines in the future.Today’s education was designed to meet the needs of industrialization.we now need new education model for the digital era and the future.The great we are facing today in the economy,society and technology are similar to a plane climbing to overcome turbulence.We stick to our vision,have firm belief and take concwill be able to face challenges and grasp opportunity.Thank you very much.
